We offer 100% trackable delivery options for our customers. Shipping fee of S$1.99 is chargeable for orders made below net purchase value of S$40.

Free Shipping for orders made above net purchase value of S$40.

Shipping mode will be either Smartpac or Qxpress Courier Services.

Currently, we only deliver within Singapore. 

Processing Time

For Courier Services
We seek your understanding in that we have a 24 hours (1 working day) processing time to have your order handed over to the courier except bulk orders which we will require a longer lead time.

In the event the order is received on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, order will be processed in sequence based on the time of order and processing accordingly the following 1– 2 working day(s).

For example,

1. if an order is made before 3pm, your order will usually be handed over to the courier the following working day before 7pm. Following on, the delivery days stated below applies.
2. If an order is made after 3pm, your order will be usually be handed over to the courier 2 working days later before 7pm of the 2^nd  working day. Following on, the delivery days stated below applies.

We seek your understanding in that we have a 24 hours (1 working day) processing time to have your order process before we do the posting at the letterbox islandwide.

Singapore Standard Delivery (Courier Services)

• Deliveries are carried out by a professional door to door courier company.
• Parcel will be delivered within 2 – 3 working days from the day we ship out your parcel.
• Free shipping for orders above $60 (nett)

• Posting at letterbox at any post office or street postbox islandwide and will be sent into your letterbox.
