Refund & Return Policy

  1. We do not accept refunds or returns unless there are reasonable defects on the items.
  2. Should there be a return/refund on non-defective items due to Buyer’s own personal circumstances, it will be entirely based on goodwill on the part of Kiddy Companion and the amount to be refunded will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, typically not exceeding 50% of the order due to picking, packing, delivery, communication, material and labour costs incurred arising from the order.
  3. Items on Sale/Hair Accessories/incorrect design chose/digital products are not eligible for refund and exchange.
  4. For defected/incorrect cases, Kiddy Companion will only reimburse equivalent to SingPost postage regardless of other carriers used.
  5. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  6. Kindly use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting as we are unable to guarantee receipt of your returns.

  8. Correct item will be mailed to you after receiving your parcel.
  9. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
  10. Shipping postage will be reimbursed but only equivalent to the postal (SingPost) registered / normal mail postage fees regardless of carrier used.

TO COMPLETE THE RETURN PROCESS…

Step 1: Please ensure items are in unused, resellable good condition, not a SALE item and/or Hair Accessories/Mosquito Patches/Tableware and return is within 14 days.

Step 2: Kindly mail the item back to us and remember to enclose the email confirmation received from us on your return.

Step 3: Do allow 3 to 5 working days for your parcel to reach us.

Step 4: Once we received your parcel, we will email you with our follow up actions on the next working day.

IF YOU DO NOT HEAR FROM US WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF MAILING THE PARCEL:

Please email us via returns@kiddycompanion.com. Do provide as much information as possible. Including order number and tracking number.

Do note that registered mail (trackable) is strongly recommended. Kiddy Companion will NOT take certificate of posting / photographs / receipts as proof of posting due to increased fraudulent abuse. Customers will bear the risk of lost mail by using non-trackable mail.

SHIPPING REIMBURSEMENT AMOUNT

Please see above for cases that allows for shipping reimbursement. We provide reimbursement of shipping value up to:
Singapore – Singapore Registered Mail (up to SGD $5).

as a reference. Actual amount refunded will be according to the stamp charges on the parcel

REFUND

All refunds will be made via Paypal net of the Paypal Service fee deducted by Paypal. It may take up to 14 days for paypal to process the refund. Please check your credit card statement for the refund.
